Voco IonoStar Plus – Set Application Capsule 50pcs.

IonoStar Plus is a fast setting radiopaque glass ionomer bulk filling material in user-friendly capsules for direct application. In addition to high compressive strength, it exhibits good adhesion to enamel and dentine and releases fluoride ions.

• 50 x Application Capsules

• Carefully open the outlet by lifting the cannula until you feel a stop , and apply the material directly into the cavity within 10 s of the end of mixing by compressing the lever on the applicator slowly and evenly.
• The cannula can be aligned as required by turning the whole application capsule inside the holder.
• Working time and consistency may be influenced by the respective type of capsule mixer and mixing time.
• Following mixing, IonoStar Plus can be worked for at least 1 minute (at room temperature).
• Prevent the material from being contaminated with moisture and from drying out.
• If it is not possible to keep the working area dry, a protective varnish should be applied after the contours/modelling have been finished (see corresponding instructions for use).
• The restoration can be finished, e.g. with a diamond bur or a polisher, 3 minutes after the end of mixing at the earliest.
• A protective varnish should then be applied again.
